RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If we make a mistake with your order or send a product of poor quality, you can apply to our customer care team via email business@rcotc.com to returns and replace your product. Please note, your product must be unused and returned within 30 days of your order being delivered. Unfortunately used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Any damaged or faulty products will be replaced when reported within 14 days of receiving.

The refund depends on the company’s reception of the unwanted Rcotc product. The exchange depends on the availability of the products we receive.

Please note that since we have purchased shipping labels to ship the products, you need to pay for the return and exchange freight yourself in any case.
