In order for you to have this great experience, we’ve come up with some tips to make your Lash Extension experience as relaxing as possible.
Silence That Phone
We always ask our clients to turn off or put their phones on silent during appointments. Of course, we know life doesn’t stop just because you’re at the salon, and many people blink during lively conversations on the phone, making it a daunting task for a stylist trying to give you a nice set of lashes. Let us know if you’re waiting for a call!
Take Off Your Eye Makeup
You’ll need to remove your makeup before your appointments to make it easy to jump right in and start bundling. Mascara and heavy eyeliner need to be removed with an oil-free makeup remover before application, as the lashes won’t bond properly if any makeup product is still sticking to the natural lashes. If you know you’ll need to take the time to soak in the shower, it’s a good idea to leave the house a few minutes early — that way, you’ll be without makeup and ready to go!
Leave The Littles Behind
Anyone who’s brought their bubbles to the whipping lady knows how much we love them – every tech always wants to say hello! However, it’s hard to relax properly in a salon with young kids , because you have to close your eyes during the whole process. If you can, we strongly recommend that you leave your young children in the care of a babysitter, as we cannot properly supervise children in a busy salon atmosphere. Of course, things change – if you have young children, just alert our receptionist and we’ll do our best to serve you.
